Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins, once scope and deliverables are confirmed. In cases of extreme personal hardship (client or provider), exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients may cancel a service-based project with 7 days’ notice. Any completed work up to that point is billable and non-refundable. No-shows to scheduled meetings (without valid reason or advance notice) may result in:

  • A cancellation of the project, or
  • A time-based fee to reschedule and continue

Girl Reconstructed, LLC reserves the right to discontinue work in the case of repeated missed appointments or unresponsiveness.

Refunds (Service-Based Work)

If agreed-upon deliverables are not completed or do not meet outlined expectations, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at the discretion of Girl Reconstructed, LLC. No refunds will be granted for time already spent on completed portions of a project unless there has been a clear failure to uphold agreed-upon terms.

Refunds (Digital Products)

All digital sales (e.g., templates, downloads, or form packs) are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Final Deliverables

Once work has been finalized, all sales are considered final. Edits or revisions outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur an additional fee..
