While I can no longer enjoy salt and vinegar chips or fries in the traditional sense, I do still love the combination of salt and vinegar. I will be trialing this recipe on some of the foods I can still enjoy, such as peanuts. This base recipe can be tweaked to your liking by adding in additional flavors by the teaspoon. One of the variations I am using is adding 1 tsp of onion powder and 1 tsp of oregano. Please share your variations in the comments along with how you suggest using them.
